Google have been known to close AdSense accounts especially before the first payout. I have no doubt that innocent webmasters have been booted from their system as a result of their fairly abrupt and without warning bans.

That said if you are potentially looking for some related adverting to put on your site to help pay the bills I could be interested in advertising some of my Runescape sites on your blog. Feel free to email me or PM me on RS Boards - www.rsboards.com - my username is Chris.

That's really discouraging. Is it a final answer from Google?

Yep you have one shot at an appeal, and if its rejected that is it, no reason, no proof, no nothing.

And after the appeal you must never contact them again.

At one stage I was spending £300 a month on adwords on my business website, I bet they don't refuse to take payment for that.

I suggest you contact them before you give them free advertising for years to see if they will pay you or not.

If any other business did this it would be against the law.

Wow, that is sad! Maybe I should reconsider using Google Adsense.

Google are in fact thieves.
I am a Google Adwords advertiser. A year ago I closed my account and asked for a refund. This is a regular arrangement in the Adwords agreement, so nothing unusual. I have asked them for about 20 times now but they don't pay me back my money. And they don't allow me to use the money to advertise again. So Google also steals money from their advertisers. I would certainly advise no one to invest any money in Adwords, beacuase in the end, they will steal it from you. To hell with them, they are just thieves.
