Do not panic, trust me if you mage them they are not that difficult.
If you are 80 combat you can get to the dragons easily you can also do it lower level provided you can survive a brief encounter with fire and moss giants and black demons.
Things you need are anti fire breath pot and anti fire breath shield. without pots you will take up to 5 damage without a shield you will take 33 damage and maybe even more, axe to cut the vines and the entrance fee to the dungeon 875 gp.
Inventory take your best mage gear and mage staff and the required runes to cast your attack spells, take enough food to survive the trip there about 4 lobbies will do. I take 8 anti fire pots and some runes for hi alch. a quick teleport is always handy just in case.

With the anti fire pots and shield you will take no damage until the pot wears off (when the pot wears off you hear a boing sound and you will start to take low damage), they will not melee you as they use fire balls so as long as you are maging them your anti pot and shield will protect you. it is a good idea to turn off auto retaliate in case your runes run out, in this situation you will run up to the dragon and get squished melee style.

Avoid Bronze dragons they have black demons with them and they can hit up to 16 often when you are wearing mage gear.
Take anti pot before you enter the cave with the iron dragons and just start to attack, its like playing tennis you will mage and they mage back with fire breath, you can just sit back and watch the mage xp go up, you just need to sip more anti pots when it runs out or attack another dragon when it is dead.
With low mage level you will miss a lot but you can stay there a long time if you have enough anti pots and the chance of getting a dragon drop, legs or skirt is quite common.
Iron and steel dragons are great mage xp (and slayer if you have it as a task) and they drop high value items quite regularly.

It depends totally on your current levels I have added a mage for low levels guide, I will be adding intermediate and high level mage guides soon, let me know what level you are at and I will write the appropriate guide first.
I will also add a prayer training guide as well soon, there will be different guides for high and low level f2p and p2p players and I will try to cover all options, basically for low to intermediate prayer level f2p and p2p hill giants are great, these are located in Edgeville dungeon they are the lowest level monster that drop big bones.
High level prayer the best route is guilded altar with 2 burners in player own houses and offer dragon bones, you need 2 marantell and a tinderbox for this option, the ectophunctus is better xp but takes a lot more work.
