How to ask for help
Link: http://jaxana.blogspot.com/2007/09/how-to-ask-for-help.html
I was at Yanille having just logged on and a player asked me for some help, I am usually happy to help but it would have been nice to have been on a few seconds first, being a level 125 people assume you are there like player mods to serve them and if you are busy or don't reply quick enough you are stuck up.
I asked him what he wanted and he told me what had happened, I said OK what do you want to know and went into my bank to get changed, when I came out of the bank about 20 seconds later he started to wander off and I asked again how he wanted help, just after this message came out from me he said dw noob (As in don't worry noob), having seen my sentance he came back and told me again what he had done, my reply this time was straight forward "Sorry mate I can not help you I am a noob" this was met with shouts of lol and haha from the other players who could see how ungrateful the other player was.
This highlighted a post I read on another players blog that morning about how to ask for help, it was a great read and sums up nicely how to and not get help from other players, take a look at his post by clicking here and learn how to get the most out of Runescape.
Doh silly me I forgot to give credit to a good friend Vaskor I found the above post from the Runescape Readers Digest vaskor is the author, its a great site that features regular interesting Runescape Related Articles and some of mine as well, He hasn't asked for this credit but I feel he deserves it, nice one Vaskor and thanks.

Ah, don't get me wrong though. I've managed to find plenty of good guys in Runescape in the past.
James, thanks for your opinion, differing views are always welcome and encouraged, I personally would prefer to trust a friend and have a close RS relationship, I would sooner be scammed by someone than go around and not have as much fun, a good friend is worth more than items.
On a side note, would you mind very much if I linked to you? It's an interesting site you have here :)
