Life as a high level player

I never saw myself as a high level player until I got to level 125, the reason being is that you need just under 4m xp to get from 124 to 125 the easy way, to get there the hard way needs loads more xp, I see 126's as very high level players not just because they have maxed all melee combat and prayer (98 required for 126) but to get from 90 to 98 prayer requires a ridiculous amount of XP and time, im 90 prayer and it will cost me 60m at current prices to get to 99, I can afford it but prefer to spend my cash on other skills.
Life is great when you are a high level player, you can do anything you want on RS (provided you have done the requirements to access it) I can kill the Kalphite Queen, K'ril the Zammy god wars boss solo and other bosses with a team, no one can hit harder than me and no one has better defence or attack than me.
There are disadvantages though, all training for fun or slayer on monsters using melee the combat xp is added on the top with no chance of a level increase, level increases is what RS is all about, so the motivation to train it has gone.
Being a high level player means you are a servant to the low level community and must without delay answer all questions asked, failing to answer any question promptly means you are stuck up and too good to speak to the lower levels, it does not matter if you are speaking to friends on clan chat or clearing your bank not responding immediately is a sign of snobbery.
being a high level players means you are a target for beggers, entering a bank without being asked for stuff is rare, countless requests of
Noob: (Username)can I have your nooby stuff please.
Me: why would I have nooby stuff.
Noob: Noob
Noob: (Username) can I have 100K.
Me: Yes
they then start to trade me
Me: why are you trading me.
Noob: Because you said I could have 100K
Me: You can have 100k but not from me train a skill and you will have 100k in no time.
Noob: Noob
Countless others I will add for your amusement when I see them.
As a high level player you must stop whatever you are doing to help people, even firemaking people expect you to stop and give them directions and advice on demand.
As a high level player you must want to buy treasure trail rewards and bow strings to name but a few, in fact they are so convinced that you want it that they pm you instead of asking in a bank.
As a high level player you must know the price of everything and notify everyone who pm's you of the price.
As a high level player if you have spoken to people or walked past them in Seers you are their mate and can be called on to help own the high levels in fight pits when requested on PM.
I do like to help wherever possible but I do have days when I want to do things quietly, just chop willows with a friend, have a little fish without being disturbed and not be branded a noob simply because I want some me time, and by the way I am not a macro just because I don't respond to every request for my cape emote.

Its easy to ignore a noob giving grief, I just wanted to highlight that because we don't respond straight away we are not stuck up but may be doing other things or just want a quiet time.
By all means speak to high level players but don't get annoyed or abusive if you don't get a reply.
