Reading this post you can see the type of person who was scammed, even though he was scammed he did not wish to have her name published here, even though he was scammed he still had the decency to let her remain anonymous.

I am very much the same I would keep the name anonymous if I had been scammed, fortunately it was not me being scammed and I have no problems naming anyone who scams a mate of mine.

His scammers name was Oo Rel, she is now infamous amongst the RS world by being named and shamed on my blog.

I will be publishing a post about friends on Runescape at a later date, keep checking back for my regular updates.

Well, this story can be interpreted differently. The way I see it is that despite everything else there ARE true friends in Runescape and you find more good people than bad people. And that's the bottom line.

If you are scammed, just live through it, but remember there are other people in the game and most of them are good.

I have been playing runescape for a fairly long time. I have seen my friends become scammed, become "scammers" or "two faced (you know the word)", and even become the nicest players I have ever met. It's sort of funny thing when you realize the patterns that new players go through when they hit their certain levels. From seeing themselves as noobs, and then being full of them selves, like they can take on the world alone.

I guess it's good to be scammed a few times, it is what toughens you up, makes you a better more "aware" player (knowing from personal experience). I found that you really have to watch a player’s moods, or how they phrase their words, because, quiet a few good friends of mine have scammed me, so now I don't hand out the items for free, but rather as for something in return first.

P.S. It really takes some good friends to pitch in 48 mil.
