My own way of training is by using a kyatt, use its teleport ability (no scroll needed) and that takes you right next to a obelisk near pictorious then when the pouches are made use a duel ring back to castle wars to bank. By using this method I managed to use the Kyatt for 48 mins and used 7 duel rings meaning I used around 1400 charms in 48 mins. To be honest I was talking aswell as doing them so I have no doubt people may be able to do slightly better than that. The down side of this method is you need all the 2nds ready. I would guess high alching pouches on a spot would be another option.
