Aberent spectres are located on the 2nd floor of thd slayer tower, you need a face mask to kill them, they are agressive, max hit is 9. Main drops: rune full, lvl 3 clue, addy legs, gems and grimy herbs. They drop 1-3 herbs at a time. The best way to kill them is to either wear mage resistent or prayer boosting armour and use protect from mage. Always remember a face mask.
