blood velds are a magical based monsters. They are quite strong against melee foe's so i would adivse using range armour such as dragonhides when fighting them. Their drops are fair ranging from between rune med helms and death runes. They are found on thh second floor of the slayer tower in canifis beside the aberant spectres.
