To start this quest you need to speak to Charlie in Ardougne Zoo.

Start the Eagles' Peak quest by speaking to Charlie at Ardougne zoo

After a short dialogue he tells you to find Nickolaus by the Piscatoris Fishing Colony hunting ground.

Off you trot to the Piscatoris Fishing Colony

Head off to the mountain and there is a tent with some books outside search the books and you automatically pick one up, read it and a feather drops out, the book gives information about the hunter birds and the eagle on the last page.

Open the book and a feather drops out, read the book for information about the eagle

Climb the agility shortcut by the tent and you find a cave entrance.

Search the books by this tent and a feather drops out, take the feather and climb the agility shortcut.

Use the feather with the cave and a door opens walk around the tunnel, just inside the tunnel there is a book. pick it up and read it. continue in and a cut scene with Nickolaus appears, after the cut scene talk to him he is stuck in the eagles nest, he suggests I make a disguise for both of us and suggests I speak to the fancy dress shop owner in Varrock, take some feathers with you, you will find the feathers scattered around the cave.

You can get Aggie the witch in Draynor Village to make some dye, I used a tele crystal and bought it at Lletya, its a lot quicker if you have finished Mournings End Part 1. and I got the swamp tar from Lumbridge Swamp.

Nickolaus is not stuck in the eagles nest, he had just not planned on not being able to get out.

In the south west side of the tunnel there is a door to a small cave enter and try to take from the pedestal, it will shoot up in a net and you can not reach up, in the four corners of the room there are 4 winches wind them all and the pedestal comes down, you can then take the bronze feather, exit that cave.

Enter the cave at the north east end there are a set of levers some have metal birds blocking them, take some bird seed from the pot at the entrance and use the seed with the feeders this will move the bird allowing you access to other levers, move the levers to get access to the central room west of the entrance and collect the golden feather, this is quite complex to start with but can be done when you get the hang of things, I have included instructions below.

When you enter the cave get some Odd Bird Seeds.

1/ when you enter the cave head west (this is only a few squares), head north until you get to the next junction, go a few steps west then pull the lever to the south.

2/ Go back to the entrance that you came in by the bird seed, go south from there to the next and only east junction go east into that area and go as far south as you can, when you are as far south as you can get put some seed in the west bird feeder, this should bring a bird across to you, take a few steps north and put some seed in the feeder to the west, this will bring another bird down, run all the way as far south east as you can get and pull the lever.

3/ Go back to the entrance to that east area, there is a bird feeder slightly south west, put some seed in there and a bird will come across.

4/ From there go all the way south then all the way west then north and pull that lever.

5/ Go back to the lever that you pulled in step 1 and push that lever, then put some seed in the feeder directly north of you and a bird will come across.

6/ click to the west of the bird that just came across and you will run around the north of the tunnels, pull the lever at the far west.

7/ Go back past the entrance and as far south as you can go then as far west as you can go and put some seed in the feeder slightly to the north, this will bring the bird back.

8/ Go directly east of that bird, you will actually run south then east as you run around the bird and the tunnel walls, put some seed in the feeder there, this clears the entrance to the final chamber where you go and collect your golden feather.

Use the bird seed with the bird feeder to move the birds, this will give you access to other levers.

In the north west side there is another cave enter the cave and there is a pedestal inspect it and there is something missing but no clue as to where it may have gone. inspect the rock to the east and more footprints appear follow them to the next rock and then to a cave, inspect the cave and a kebbit (very low level) will attack kill him and he drops the silver feather.

Kill the little kebbit to get the silver key, he is about level 13 so can be killed with a damp sponge if you have one.

go to the stone door and use the bronze silver and gold feathers with the door, you can now get in, if you are wearing your disguise you can get past the big eagle and talk to Nickolaus, he will take his disguise and will meet you outside.

He looks intimidating but this big bird wont attack if you are wearing the disguise.

Go outside and speak to him he will teach you how to catch ferits, (the ferits are the animals that look like badgers), catch a ferit and tele to Ardougne and talk to Charlie, quest complete.
